Overview
This policy explains what Jobs First, operated by SAB Works LLC, collects and how we use it. By using the Service you agree to this policy.
What we collect
- Account data. Your email address and profile, provided through our authentication provider.
- Job searches. The keywords, locations, and filters you configure.
- Delivery settings. Your notification preferences and any webhook URL you provide.
- Public job listings. Third-party postings we fetch to match your job searches.
- Usage and logs. Operational logs used to run and secure the Service.
We do not store full payment card numbers. Billing is handled by our payment provider.
How we use it
To run your job searches, deliver job alerts, process your subscription, secure the Service, and send you service and billing notices.
Service providers
We share data with sub-processors only as needed to run the Service:
- Authentication and billing
- Clerk
- Payment processing
- Stripe
- Backend and database
- Convex
- Email delivery
- AWS SES
- Proxy infrastructure
- Used for fetching public listings
Data retention
Fetched job listings are kept for a limited window, roughly 7 days, and then automatically purged. Account and subscription data are kept while your account is active and for as long as legal and accounting requirements demand.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your data, and you may close your account at any time. To request deletion, contact us at the address in section 8. Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply, for example under the GDPR or the CCPA.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure.

We may update this policy. Changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
